General Objective

This training diploma aims to introduce the general concepts and terminology of hotel management, as well as the basic foundations of dealing with guests, offering complete hotel services and application of hospitality administrative and technical procedures.

Number of Hours

(788) practical and theoretical hours out of which (400) hours are dedicated for internship in designated hotels.

Period of Study

8 months (6 months theoretical and practical / 2 months' internship in the designated hotel).

Type of Study

80% practical and 20% theoretical.

Target Audience

Anyone interested in studying hospitality in depth, including those already employed in the hospitality industry and those interested in finding future employment in this sector. This course is particularly appropriate for people who wish to improve and learn new skills related to dealing with guests and administrative and technical issues. Furthermore, it gives students who were not successful in Al Tawjihi exam the opportunity to learn skills that will help them ensure a future career.

7. A Certificate of Non - Conviction (Justice Court).
