The Student Affairs Department is responsible for:

1. Welcoming the new student and introducing him/her to the college facilities, in cooperation with the registration department.
2. Issuing the college's uniform and training uniforms to new student.
3. Issuing the student's ID to all new students.
4. Issuing a locker for the uniform to students enrolled in any of the practical courses or in the internship.
5. Distributing the Student Handbook to the students to introduce them to the regulations and policies of the college.
6. Organizing annual celebrations for national and religious holidays and events at the college.
7. Organizing and supervising all the sport events and competitions and student activities.
8. Providing student's support, follow-up issues, and resolving problems students might face and providing all the services needed by students for the duration of their studies in the college.
9. Organizing and supervising the annual graduation ceremony.
